This page expands the in-page disclaimer into the full statement. The short version above is the binding frame; the long version below names the boundaries the platform sits inside.
Section 1
No client-identifying information.
The data model behind the platform deliberately leaves the client out.
We do not collect client data. Kits are static files you tailor locally before printing; nothing about the teens in your group leaves your device.
No PHI. No diagnostic codes, treatment plans, progress notes, intake forms, session recordings, or any other data covered by HIPAA as Protected Health Information is collected, transmitted, or stored by TherapySessionKit. The platform is not a HIPAA-covered entity and is not built around the HIPAA data model.
No teen identifiers. Names, pronouns, age markers, group rosters, parental consent records — there is no field on the platform where a teen identifier is asked for, and no dropdown where one would land.
Kits are static files, tailored locally. The printable PDF is generated client-side from a static artifact. Text edits you make on the source file stay on your device. We have no telemetry on which tailoring dials you turned, and no upload step that would let the tailored version round-trip back to us.
Section 2
Not a clinical service.
The platform is a delivery mechanism. The clinical work is yours.
TherapySessionKit does not provide therapy. The artifacts are educational / professional tools. The artifacts do not establish a clinician-client relationship and do not replace individualized clinical judgment.
The platform does not diagnose. Recommendations about session structure, exposure ladders, arousal curves, affect modulation moves, or any other in-room move remain the clinician's call. The platform is a printable surface, not a clinical decision-support system.
The platform does not triage. The artifacts do not evaluate severity, do not flag risk, and do not prioritize a teen for higher-acuity care. Where risk is present, the platform is the wrong surface; a clinician with the case is the right surface.
The platform does not replace licensure. Use of the artifacts is governed by the clinician's professional license in the jurisdiction where the clinician practices. The platform does not extend a license the clinician does not already hold, and does not authorize practice in any setting the clinician is not already authorized for.

In a crisis: the platform is the wrong surface.
If a teen is in immediate danger, the printable is not the next step.
The platform does not route emergencies, does not page an on-call clinician, and does not connect to crisis hotlines or 988 dispatch. None of the printable artifacts in the catalog are a substitute for a clinical safety assessment by a qualified clinician in real time.

Where the platform sits.
Three sentences that should be true after you finish reading this page.
What it is. A printable-kit catalog — printable session plans, group curricula, worksheets, and treatment-planning tools — delivered as a Server-rendered Next.js application.
Where it sits in your practice. After supervision, after intake, after the clinical assessment that says "this teen is appropriate for a group-format session using these modalities." The kit is the material on the table, not the assessment of whether to put it on the table.
What it explicitly does not do. Diagnose, triage, hold client data, route emergencies, replace licensure, or establish a clinician-client relationship.
