A note from the field
Across the first four cohorts of clinicians who trialed the kits in real adolescent group rooms — at IOPs, partial-hospitalization programs, and outpatient clinic teams — the format held across a 14–18 age band that runs from the quiet teen who reads every worksheet twice to the teen who says less than a sentence the entire 75 minutes. The kit did not have to be re-cut for either end of the room.
The retail sealant of the printable materials — the editable source file, the letter-size half-sheets, the 110 lb stock callouts — meant each clinician could tailor the materials to their group protocol before the first session, so the take-homes leaving the circle carried the clinician's facilitation voice, not a stock brand the parents had already seen online. The cohort ran four to eight weeks; every clinician who finished a cohort ordered the next round of kits.
