Who provides TherapySessionKit, who consumes it, and what counts as acceptable use.
These terms describe a printable-kit catalog run by a single small operator — Tessera — and consumed by licensed clinicians, counselors, districts, or schools. The plain-English summary sits at the top; the binding clauses follow.
Provider: Tessera, operating as the publisher of TherapySessionKit (https://tessera-ojgia1.polsia.app).
Consumer: a licensed clinician, counselor, school counselor, district lead, or school — acting in their professional capacity. The service is not for direct use by parents, teens, or the general public.
What it is: a printable-kit catalog — printable session plans, group curricula, worksheets, and treatment-planning tools — delivered as a Server-rendered Next.js application.
What it is not: therapy, a clinician-client relationship, a substitute for individualized clinical judgment, or a substitute for emergency services or professional licensure.
Clause 1
Acceptable use.
The license is split along the same line the pricing surface draws. Read the licensing page for the precise split; the summary is below.
Single-practitioner scope.A single-kit purchase and a group-pass subscription cover one named clinician and that clinician's caseload. The license is per-clinician, not per-device. Redistributing printable source files to another clinician, posting them to a shared drive outside the licensed setting, or repackaging them under another brand is outside the license.
Organizational scope. The district track covers every clinician in the organization, with SSO + roster sync and site-wide printing. The district track is a quote, not a cart, and is renewed annually.
No resale. The artifacts in the kits may not be resold, redistributed for fee, or republished under a different brand without an explicit written grant.
Clause 2
Account lifecycle & termination.
The dashboard is the source of truth for the user-side controls; this clause is the binding text.
Account creation. Signing up creates an account tied to the email you verified. One account per clinician is the rule; device-sharing or seat-pooling on a single account is outside the license and outside the service.
Cancellation. Subscriptions on the group-pass tier may be cancelled at any time from the Stripe receipt link; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Single-kit purchases are one-time and not cancellable after the refund window closes (see the refund policy).
Termination for cause. We may suspend or terminate an account for material breach of these terms — including redistribution of artifacts outside the license, abuse of payment channels, or other conduct that exposes the platform to liability. Suspension is a last resort and is preceded by a written notice when possible.
Effect of termination.On termination, the account is locked, active subscriptions are cancelled, and the license to print is revoked. Lifetime single-kit artifacts already on the clinician's device remain in the clinician's hands; redistribution of those artifacts after termination remains outside the license.
Clause 3
Intellectual property.
What's ours, what's yours, and what's covered by the treatment-manual attribution already noted on the FAQ.
Our property. The kit artifacts — printable session plans, group curricula, worksheets, treatment- planning tools — are owned by Tessera. The artifacts are licensed for in-clinic use; they are not transferred.
Treatment-manual attribution. Several kits are clinician-authored derivatives of well-known therapeutic frameworks (CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, mindfulness, strengths- based practice, solution-focused brief work). The kits are not reprints of any copyrighted treatment manual; the in-room moves they rehearse are drawn from the public practice of those modalities, attributed where attribution is owed.
Your property. Tailored output you create by adjusting the dials on a printable, and your notes or additions layered onto the source file, are yours to use in your practice. Tessera does not claim ownership of those tailored outputs and does not collect them.

Disclaimers & liability.

The platform does not provide therapy, does not establish a clinician-client relationship, and does not replace individualized clinical judgment, emergency services, or professional licensure.
The artifacts are provided as-is, without warranty of fitness for any particular client, group, or clinical outcome. Tailoring is offered as a convenience to the clinician; clinical tailoring remains the clinician's responsibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tessera's aggregate liability for any claim arising from use of TherapySessionKit is limited to the amount the claimant has paid Tessera in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing law.
A small-operator, pre-launch placeholder. Filled in with the founder's chosen venue.
These terms are governed by the law of the founder's principal place of business. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that place. The specific venue and citation will be added before general availability; the pre-launch placeholder is intentionally minimal.
