Per-clinician, or per-organization. Never in between.
The license splits along one line: the artifact lives in the named clinician's hands, or it lives on a roster the organization provisions. The two paths run on different checkout tracks because the rights, the cancellation surface, and the procurement paperwork differ.
The one-line split
Pick the line that matches who holds the artifact.
Single-practitioner scope: one license = one named clinician and that clinician's caseload. Covers the Single kit tier and the Group pass tier.
Organizational scope: one license = every clinician in the named organization, with SSO + roster sync and site-wide printing. Covers the For districts & schools tier. Quote, not cart; renewed annually.
The two paths do not mix on one account. A district license does not inherit single-practitioner scope before SSO provisioning; a single-practitioner account does not auto-promote when a second clinician in the same agency subscribes.
Tier 1
Single-practitioner scope.
Covers the Single kit tier and the Group passtier. One license = one named clinician and that clinician's caseload.
Single kit
One 90-minute session, fully editable before print. The fastest path from idea to a printed packet on Thursday.
License is per-clinician, not per-device. The clinician can print on the laptop, the office printer, or a borrowed device, as long as the artifact stays in that clinician's hands. The license does not increase when the clinician uses a second device.
- Tailor tone, scenario difficulty, and cultural context before print
- Lifetime use of the printable PDF + editable source files
Group pass
Run one adult-only group rotation, refreshed monthly. The fit for the clinician with a steady caseload.
Group pass subscription grants printing across the subscribing clinician's caseload only. Redistributing printable source files to another clinician, posting them to a shared drive outside the licensed setting, or repackaging them under another brand is outside the license.
- Tailor tone, scenario difficulty, and cultural context before print
- Four fresh kits every month on the seven topic tracks
- Unlimited printing for your caseload
- Cancel any time, no contract
Outside the single-practitioner license
- Posting the source file to a shared drive outside the licensed setting.
- Reselling the printable as a paid resource under another brand.
- Sharing a single account across multiple clinicians at the same agency.
- Including the artifacts in a curriculum product sold to a third party.
Tier 2
Organizational scope.
Covers the For districts & schools tier. One license = every clinician in the named organization, with SSO + roster sync and site-wide printing.
For districts & schools
Site-wide unlimited printing + procurement-ready documentation for the MTSS coordinator and the school-business office.
Quote, not cart; renewed annually. PO / W-9 / sole-source justification language for the business office ships with the procurement pack.
- Tailor tone, scenario difficulty, and cultural context before print
- Every clinician in your organization
- PO / W-9 / sole-source justification, trauma-informed attestations
- Single sign-on + roster sync
How the organizational scope is finite
The license covers every clinician listed on the organization's roster, scoped to the districts or schools in the procurement agreement. Distribution outside the organization — to a second district under the same management umbrella, to a partner agency, or to a contractor — is outside the license and requires a separate agreement.
Renewals are aligned to the organization's fiscal calendar. Cancellation during the renewal period follows the procurement agreement, not the self-serve cancel surface used on the single-practitioner track.
Covered.In-room printing by the licensed clinician (single-practitioner scope) or by clinicians named on the organization's roster (organizational scope). Local tailoring of the printable before print. Use of the editable source file for in-room modification.
Not covered. Redistribution outside the licensed setting. Repackaging under a different brand. Inclusion in a curriculum product sold to a third party. Bulk print of the kit across multiple unrelated settings.
For edge cases. Multi-site agencies, partner programs, contractor work — these are not a single-practitioner or a single-organizational license and should be raised as a separate conversation before the cart is opened.
Subject to founder review for legal enforceability — not legal advice.
